COFFEECAFÉ
On the first floor of our roastery, you will find our coffee and tea shop. We sell our freshly roasted coffees directly from the roastery, as well as a variety of teas, sweets, and accessories. Looking for a gift or souvenir? Our colleagues are happy to assist you.
In the center of Maastricht, at Wolfstraat 28, is our shop where it all began. Since 1878, visitors have been coming here for freshly roasted peanuts, the tastiest tea, and coffee. The authentic shop is definitely worth a visit!
COFFEE AND TEA SHOP
In the Blanche Dael roastery, the fire burns. Literally. In the Coffee Café you enjoy freshly roasted coffee, directly from the roastery. The emphasis in the Coffee Café is on filter coffee. Our experienced baristas prepare the filter coffee by hand. Of course, it is also possible to enjoy espressos, tea, and Maastricht pastries.

In the coffee school we provide professional training courses for those who really want to immerse themselves in the barista profession. We also offer SCA training courses by certified trainers with the internationally recognized SCA certificate.
