WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS IN THE NETHERLANDS?

For shipping within the Netherlands, the shipping costs are € 6.50 per order (with an order under €50). We offer free shipping from €50.

 

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS IN THE EU?

The shipping costs within the EU are € 9.95.  Would you like to receive a package outside the European Union? Please contact office@blanchedael.nl

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?

Orders placed on working days before 13:00 will be offered the same working day at PostNL. The delivery can take longer, due to bustle at PostNL.

 

ON THE POSTNL WEBSITE/APP IS SHOWN "PACKAGE HAS NOT YET BEEN RECEIVED OR PROCESSED BY POSTNL".

Orders placed on working days before 13:00 pm will be offered the same day at PostNL. We always deliver your package the same day at PostNL. Yet the message "package not yet received or processed by PostNL" remains wrongfully on the website or app of PostNL. The status changes on the day the package is shipped and the delivery information will be shown. 

 

HOW DOES THE BIKE COURIER DELIVERY WORK?

Choose sustainable delivery in Maastricht by a local bicycle courier. If you are not at home at the chosen time slot, we will hand over the package to the neighbors. If they cannot accept the package, you can collect the package from the Blanche Dael roastery (Aan de Brikkebouw 10) from the next working day.

 

CAN I PROVIDE A DIFFERENT DELIVERY ADDRESS THAN THE INVOICE ADDRESS?

That is possible, you can indicate this when you enter your address details.

 

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS ARE POSSIBLE?

Blanche Dael uses the certified Buckaroo software. You can pay directly via Ideal, MisterCash, PayPal and credit card. You also have the option to pay for your product in advance by bank transfer.

 

ARE THE PRICES INCLUDING OR EXCLUDING VAT?

All prices, as indicated on the website, include VAT. The VAT rate for coffee, tea, food and non-alcoholic drinks is 9%. The other products are taxed at 21%.

 

IS THE COFFEE BURNED ITSELF?

Yes, the coffee is freshly roasted by our master roasters in Maastricht. Freshness and craftsmanship are important core values ​​of Blanche Dael.

 

IS BLANCHE DAEL'S COFFEE SUITABLE FOR A FULLY AUTOMATIC ESPRESSO MACHINE?

Of course. Blanche Dael's beans are normally roasted and they are 100% natural and unprocessed.

 

CAN I ALSO USE THE CAFFÈ RISTRETTO IN MY FULLY AUTOMATIC?

This is possible if you only put a handful of fresh beans in the machine per brewing cycle. After a while you will have to clean the brewing house one more time. For more information, please refer to the operating instructions for the equipment.

 

ARE THERE ARTIFICIAL ADDITIONS MADE TO THE COFFEE AND TEA?

No, all coffee and tea are 100% natural and no artificial fragrances, colors or flavors are added.

 

IS IT POSSIBLE TO SERVE MAISON BLANCHE DAEL COFFEE AS ​​A HORECA CUSTOMER?

IF THE PRODUCT DOESN'T APPEAR TO YOU, WHERE CAN I SEND IT TO?

In the unlikely event that your order does not meet your expectations or you do not wish to keep the purchase for any other reason, you may return or return the order to us within 14 days of receipt (shipping costs are at your own expense). Coffee (ground and beans) and peanuts we unfortunately cannot take back. Of course, the products you return must be undamaged and in closed, original packaging. CAN I ALSO SEND COFFEE RETURN?

Unfortunately, we cannot take coffee back. Our coffee is a fresh product and is roasted fresh daily with the utmost care. Only in the unlikely event that something is wrong with the branding, you can send an email to office@blanchedael.nl

 

WHERE CAN I SEE THE STATUS OF MY SHIPMENT?

No, the representations of our tea (packaging) in the webshop are enlarged representations. We have chosen this so that you can also see the ingredients of our tea blends up close online. The other products are a representation of reality.
