The Café Signenature (sign of nature) is particularly tasteful. But this coffee blend is for a different reason special: The coffee is 100% certified with the Rainforest Alliance quality mark. The two plantations in Columbia and Brazil, where the Signe Nature comes from. Belong to one of the most progressive in the coffee world.

Brew Guide | Café Signature is an applicable coffee. Tastes the best when served as a filter coffee or caffè lungo. Very surprising if served as an espresso: particularly fruity and spicy. |
Roast date | The coffee is at its tastiest from 3 days after the roasting date. Flavours are volatile, store coffee dry and airtight to maintain a high quality taste. |
The Café SigneNature (a sign of nature) is particularly tasty. However, this coffee blend is also unique for another reason. The coffee is 100% Rainforest Alliance certified. The plantations where the SigneNature comes from are among the most progressive in the coffee world: Santa Anita Coffee Estate is an award-winning plantation in Costa Rica and the first in Central America to operate on an utterly CO2-neutral basis. The other plantation is Daterra from Brazil. This plantation is recently awarded with the title of the most sustainable coffee farm in Brazil. From each packet of Café SigneNature, 25 cents go to the Gaia Nature fund. This has been used to create a terrarium for Amazonian frogs and organise training for school teachers in Guatemala by Rainforest Alliance.
Rainforest Alliance is a global organisation that aims to protect ecosystems and the people and animals that depend on them. The survival of the rainforest, the welfare, and the workers' income are the organisation's primary concerns.
